FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN STATUS GIZI BALITA DI DESA JATI BALI KECAMATAN RANOMEETO BARAT KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN TAHUN 2022

Latar Belakang: Status gizi merupakan ukuran keberhasilan untuk memenuhi nutrisi kebutuhan pada anak yang ditunjukkan melalui capaian berat badan terhadap umur. Berdasarkan data absensi di wilayah kerja puskesmas yang ada di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, Puskesmas Lameuru memiliki wilayah kerja dengan jumlah gizi buruk terbanyak yaitu di Desa Jati Bali dengan jumlah balita sebanyak 19 orang.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan status gizi balita di Desa Jati Bali Kecamatan Ranomeeto Barat Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Tahun 2022.
Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis bivariat dan univariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara dengan pvalue < 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan (52,0%) tingkat pengetahuan terhadap status gizi balita, pekerjaan Ibu (52,0%) Pendapatan Keluarga 60,0%),pola asuh ibu baik (74,7%) anak balita memiliki status gizi kurang. Setelah dilakukan uji statistik Chi- Square terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara riwayat penyakit infeksi (p value = 0,003) dan pola asuh (p value = 0,005) dengan status gizi pada anak balita.
Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu, pekerjaan ibu, dengan status gizi balita di Desa Jati Bali Kecamatan Ranoomeeto Barat Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Tahun 2022.Ada hubungan antara pendapatan keluarga dan pola asuh dengan status gizi balita di Desa Jati Bali Kecamatan Ranoomeeto Barat Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Tahun 2022.
Abstract
Background: Nutritional status is a measure of success in meeting children's nutritional needs as demonstrated by achieving weight for age. Based on attendance data in the work area of the community health center in South Konawe Regency, the Lameuru Community Health Center has the work area with the highest number of malnourished children, namely in Jati Bali Village with 19 children under five.
Objective: This study aims to determine the factors related to the nutritional status of toddlers in Jati Bali Village, West Ranomeeto District, South Konawe Regency in 2022.
Method: Quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. The total sample was 75 respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis used was bivariate and univariate analysis using the Chi Square test.
Results: The results of the research showed a relationship with p value < 0.05. The research results showed that (52.0%) the level of knowledge regarding the nutritional status of toddlers, mother's occupation (52.0%) Family income 60.0%), mother's parenting patterns were good (74.7%) children under five had poor nutritional status. After carrying out the Chi-Square statistical test, there was a significant relationship between history of infectious diseases (p value = 0.003) and parenting patterns (p value = 0.005) with nutritional status in children under five.
Conclusion: There is no relationship between the mother's level of knowledge, mother's occupation, and the nutritional status of toddlers in Jati Bali Village, West Ranoomeeto District, South Konawe Regency in 2022.
