Jurnal Geografi Aplikasi dan Teknologi (JAGAT) is a scientific journal that discusses the theory and practice of geography, as well as studies on physical geography, remote sensing, and relevant regional planning and development in Indonesia. It was first published in 2017. The publication frequency is twice a year, in April and October, by the Department of Geography, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Halu Oleo University. The journal can be written in English and Indonesian.
The editorial board accepts scientific writings from research results, literature reviews, and short communications from all disciplines related to geography. The Geography Journal will be published after a decision is made by the Editorial Board based on the evaluation results of the designated review team.
