Focus and Scope
Tekper: Journal of Agricultural Industry Technology and Management focuses, but is not limited to articles in the scope of technology and management of the Agricultural Industry. Therefore, Tekper: Journal of Agricultural Industry Technology and Management will only process and publish research articles submitted or review articles in the fields of:

Peer Review Process
To ensure articles are published well in Tekper: Journal of Management and Agricultural Industry, all manuscripts submitted to Tekper: Journal of Management and Agricultural Industry will go through a preliminary review process by the editor, specifically to promote texts related to the distribution space and focus of Tekper: Journal of Management and Agricultural Industry. Manuscripts can be rejected for further processing if they don't match the template. After review by the editor, the manuscript will go through a double-blind conversion process by approval which gives approval to the manuscript. The author can choose two opinions, but the editor will choose the assessment. The review process is carried out in a double-blind review process so that the writer and accepted do not know each other's identity towards the objectivity and quality of the results of the review. Based on the approval of the editor, the editor will make a decision on the manuscript that will be accepted without revision, with minor revisions, with large revisions, or rejected.
The review process will mostly be done with the Open Journal System (OJS), so the authors agree to access their accounts regularly. The typical concluding process for one article will take at least four weeks.
Publication Frequency
Tekper: Journal of Technology and Management of the Agricultural Industry will publish three times in publications, in April, August, and December.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Tekper: Journal of Agricultural Industry Technology and Management is a journal focusing on the fields of technology and management of the agricultural industry, agricultural technology, agricultural engineering, and agricultural technology, published by the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, Kendari.
Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
Tekper: Journal of Agricultural Industry Technology and Management (e-ISSN: 2721-5709) is an open-access publication published by the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Halu Oleo University, Indonesia since 2020. This statement explains the ethical behavior of all parties involved in action post articles in this journal, including authors, editor-in-chief, Editorial Board, peer-reviewers and publishers. This statement is based on the COPE Best Practices Guidelines for Journal Editor.
Ethical Guidelines for Journal Publication
Publication of the article in Tekper: Journal of Technology and Management of the Agricultural Industry reviewed by colleagues is an important part of developing a coherent and respected knowledge network. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the author and the supporting institutions. Articles reviewed by colleagues support and embody scientific methods. It is therefore important to agree on standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: authors, journal editors, peer reviewers, publishers, and the public.
The Department of Food Science and Technology as the publisher of Tekper: Journal of Technology and Management of the Agricultural Industry takes its trusty duties very seriously, and we recognize ethical and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that additional advertising, reprint or commercial revenue does not influence or influence editorial decisions. Information or special ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviewers may not consider texts where they have a conflict of interest arising from competition, collaboration, or other relationships or connections with the authors, companies or institutions connected with the paper.

Author's Duties
Reporting Standards
The author of the original research report must present an accurate report of the work carried out as well as an objective discussion of its significance. The underlying data must be represented accurately in the paper. A paper must contain enough detail and references to allow others to replicate the work. False or intentionally inaccurate statements are unethical and unacceptable behavior.
Data Access and Retention
The author is asked to provide raw data in connection with the paper for editorial review, and must be prepared to provide public access to the data (consistent with the ALPSP-STM Statement on Data and Database), if it can be done, and must under any circumstances be prepared to save the data for a reasonable time after publication.
Originality and Plagiarism
The author must ensure that they have written the original act completely and if the author has used the work, or the words of another person that has been quoted or quoted correctly.
Multiple, Redundant, or Simultaneous Publications
An author may not, in general, publish manuscripts that basically describe the same research in more than one journal or major publication. Submitting the same paper together to more than one journal is unethical and unacceptable publishing behavior.
Source Recognition
Proper recognition of the work of others must always be given. Authors must cite influential publications in determining the nature of the work reported.
Paper Essay
Authorship must be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, implementation, or interpretation of the research reported. All who have made significant contributions must be registered as co-authors. Where there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they must be recognized or registered as contributors. The appropriate author must ensure that all suitable joint authors and no inappropriate co-authors are included on the paper and that all joint authors have seen and agreed to the final version of the article and have agreed to submit it for publication.
Fundamental Mistakes in Published Works
When a writer discovers significant errors or inaccuracies in his self-published work, it is the author's obligation to immediately notify the journal editor or publisher and work with the editor to retract or correct the paper.

Retraction
The papers published in Tekper will be considered to retract in the publication if :
They have clear evidence that the findings are unreliable, either as a result of misconduct (e.g. data fabrication) or honest error (e.g. miscalculation or experimental error)
The findings have previously been published elsewhere without proper crossreferencing, permission or justification (i.e. cases of redundant publication)
It constitutes plagiarism
It reports unethical research
The mechanism of retraction follows the Retraction Guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE)
